Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer standard shipping for all orders, which typically takes between 5-7 business days. The shipping timeframes may vary depending on your location, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all US orders over $250. For orders under $250, a shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Order Processing 

All orders will be processed within 1-2 weeks of the order being placed. If we do not receive a reply after our second attempt to contact you, we will assume you approved your proof for printing. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package.

International Shipping

 We currently only offer international shipping to Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador). Australia (Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Northern Territory, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria and Western Australia).

Delivery Issues

 If there are any issues with your delivery, such as a lost or damaged package, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue. We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged during transit, but we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome for our customers.
